A break was well and truly needed, especially after a busy few months with Clearear by Holly. Having said this, it's often difficult going away as someone who is self-employed. There's money concerns; feeling guilty for letting people down; seeing the phone ring but knowing there's nothing that can be done until we're home.; worrying that the business will become irrelevant, and the list goes on.

But, having time away is so important; to give perspective as to what is important in life and to enjoy everything this beautiful world has to offer.

We visited the Dolomites in Italy aka, the Italian Alps, where it is only right to hike our little legs off there.

We also decided to road trip to Lake Bled, in Slovenia. It took 4.5 hours in the car and was worth the drive. We walked around the lake which was roughly 6.5km, and then stopped in one of the hotels for a drink. Now, we are back and ready to provide the best Aural Care through Clearear.
