Wonderful to meet Holly, we were able to get an appointment for my husband on the weekend. Holly was very welcoming and was excellent with her communication via text before our appointment. ​After probably a decade of not hearing properly within 20 minutes Holly had removed via microsuction huge lumps of wax from both ears and the results were instant and outstanding! The procedure was not painful at all, and I was reassured throughout and told any discomfort to just say. 100% recommend and will definitely go back should I need anything done again.
